Description:
The Burtons invited the Ben Greet players to present 'A Midsummer's Night Dream' on grounds at Chimo. ("Minnetonka Yacht Club Centennial 1882—1982").Chimo was the estate of Hazen J. Burton, Deephaven. Carsons Bay is in the background. This site was known as "Cow Bowl" and was the site of championship tennis and also the first golf course in area. (Deephaven Historical Society). "Happenings Around Deephaven" states the date as 1905.
