Wyer Lodge aka Wyer—Pearce House, Excelsior, MN. This picture is c early 1894 when the Wyer's had purchased the property. (It was before 1917 when Ruth Wyer lived in house) "(The house was) Across the street from Amusement Park but Park not there when we lived there. Was a tennis court where the highway goes by side of the house" Notation by Ruth Wyer Greer.
